Lovely friendly and extremely helpful Staff who guide the Ladies through the excellent and easy circuit of their exercise machines. The other Lady Members are very welcoming and so supportive.Offering a variety of exercise classes as well completes a thorough and fun exercise experience.So quick and easy is a joy to be part of the Curves Community, even the envirinment is aesthetically pleasing.Plus reasonable priced...

L didn't use this gym but lam a member of sutherland curves gym and if there has good has sutherland gym l would recommend weman vist and lose weight and very friendly place to lose weight has l have done even when l put it on there equipment will help you lose weight there

Everone at Curves was very helpful and friendly but as a senior lady awaiting a knee replacement op I decided it was not for me at this time.
