went here today for commercial drivers licence medical,the doctor had the bedside manner of lidia clarke.rude and told me she could take my licence because of my blood pressure fact is she cant becuse she is not a specialist as required, just a waste of $132

I have been bulked billed for the last 5 years since being on the aged pension and have been billed billed by 3 doctors at this practice. However today I saw Dr Louise Clark who charged me. She gave me a lecture as to why she doesn’t bulk bill. I spoke to reception they advised me it is up to the doctors whether they bulk bill, regardless if you are in receipt of a health card or not. I didn’t come to see a doctor to be lectured on why they don’t bulk bill. Prior today, I was happy with CMC.. I guess it is time for me to look elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Waited over an hour, charged more than enough and was given a number of unnecessary scripts! This doctor did NOT listen to me, my immediate concerns or what has worked in the past for my medical condition. He was judgmental, condescending and dismissive… disappointed in the unprofessional approach and outcome. My medical concern was not addressed nor was it in anyway heard. This doctor was rude and made it clear he felt superior. 100% unhappy, complete waste of time waiting for medical assistance.

would never recommend this center to public at all, doctor's come and go so quickly, thing is they do not listen to their patient's because of bulk billing, time and how busy they are, i moved from this center to a little one not far away and they actually listen to you, i'd rather pay and be heard, than bulkbilled and be treated like a fool. never ever start to go here, had my covid vaccinations here and they did not register it to the authorities register like they were supposed to have done, i had to ring them up to do this.

I have been ringing for 45 min then to finally get through to have to be told no appointments till the 27th of this month to bad if it was more urgent, this is ridiculous and shocking.

Overpriced and Discriminating. 10 Minute Consultion costs $110!!! What for, please? For not really listening to the Patient and not clarifying that only People with Healthcare and/or Pensioner Card getting Bulk billed, instead giving you an exorbitant Invoice AFTER the Consultation! That's not how you run a Business. Not recommended at all. If I could give negative Stars it would be a -10.
