Wetlands
The wetlands are the highlight of the parklands surrounding Owen. There are paths, benches, shelter, trees and shrubs around the central lake. It will all look great after a bit of rain when the lake fills up. The rest of the parklands is more resilient with green lawn where it is irrigated and rare grasses and bluebush where it is not.

Wetlands
Love taking a walk through these areas.There is lots of seats as well as a undercover shelter.Would be nicer after a bit more rain.There were olive birds and swallows when we were there enjoying the water. Good place to sit and relax for a while.There is also a walking path back to the silos.
