Great shop for everyday essentials

Honest feed back the fresh produce is rubbish you can tell it’s all been frozen for months. The vegetables and greens and such poor quality you are literally getting ripped off . The meat is over priced average quality packed is such small quantities so you pay through the roof . I advise anyone in the area to shop at Costco for you meat and fresh produce the quality is not comparable or the price. Coles is literally selling you complete rubbish they are sending their good produce to the city and northern beaches stores and selling us the rubbish.

They dont quickly restock eggs lol, tried goin on 2 separate days.. Woolies>>

Meat and eggs are always out stock, coles are pushing people to use online and click and collect and this store is terrible at this. You wait in your car for like 20-30mins for your order, it would be quicker to do it yourself if you have to wait for your order. Terrible service!!

Constantly OUT OF STOCK you do realise this area is going to be extremely over populated soon?! All the houses being built to the right where all the farms were. To also all up the back end. Thousands of people are going to live here soon and you can’t supply now for the demand? Imagine in a year? It’s going to be shocking and overwhelming. You really need to increase your food supply. No chuck meat all sold out. Now I have to drive all the way to Schofields which is reliable due to the fact there is a Coles AND Woolworths side by side. It’s worth driving all the way there for that reasons. Now my casserole is going tot be late for dinner because of this. So not happy! Won’t waste my time coming here unless it’s for a quick snack or cold drink. Can’t buy an entire meal to cook from here! UNRELIABLE.

Great shopping experience. Well shelved items for easy pick up. Self billing helps the customers fast settlement of purchse without waiting at cash counter.

Started out fully stocked, now a typical Blacktown electorate Supermarket. Understocked, different grade of food to, say Sutherland Shire. So disappointed.

The meat section is always half empty..very basic meat selection compared to other Coles and grocery stores…always struggled to buy food as there’s always meat not available or they simply don’t offer it..so your meal plan always has to change..salads also very basic selection...More expensive.I now only go there when I must.

Disappointing! Standard of the store has dropped considerably since I first reviewed Coles @ Elara. Fresh meat, fruit, veg & milk often have empty shelves. I have taken to doing my big shops at Schofield's, where there is always plenty of stock.
