Paid for the auto wash $25 and after waiting for 20mins in the bay it never washed the car. Found the guy who works on site and fix the problem straight away, great service.

BEWARE THE AUTOMATIC CARWASH TECHNICALLY DOES IT'S JOB, BUT depending on the car it will mess up the paintwork and also doesn't clean the soap marks off well enough. The vending machine also has a tendency to steal money if you don't know what you're doing. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is the fact that sometimes it's the only car wash you can get to at night if you're too busy to go another time.

Machine did not show my wash selection or confirm payment with credit card - did not issue receipt so I could not advance without confirmation of payment or to proceed. No response to a number of phone calls over 2 hours to ask if coming. My bank could not cancel 2 payments of $20 so lost money for no service on my account. The auto wash at least is a rip off if it breaks down. Never had a problem with other car washes in past.Returned next day when manned with refund & happy outcome - thank you for fair treatment.

Terrible car wash for the auto wash, The car still had a ton of dirt on it that was not heavily caked on easily wiped off but the machine did not do the job. Unable to contact anyone. Very disappointed. Do not recommend

Went and payed $25 for the auto car wash to still have dirt all over the back of my car so I had to hand wash it anyway. And to be honest it wasn't that dirty as I washed it at home last week I just wanted to get the kids out of the house today in lockdown. And it couldn't get the slightest dirt off, the vacuum kept falling apart and wasting my time trying to put it back together, seriously waste of money!!! Try calling the number no answer
