I have never been so angry. I hate this place.JFP do not understand that my mum has a broken leg and cannot make it there. they are demanding her to come in person when she can't. they never called her back after a week of her trying to call JFP. they suspended her centrelink payments because they do not care about you4/2021: incredibly horrible. my last 5 phonecall appointments have been dismissed. I'm always given excuses as to why I can't attend a phone appointment; so-and-so is in the bathroom, they're on another call, they will call you soon, they will call you tomorrow, and I never get a call back. seriously bad communication and no help whatsoever.

I couldn't be happier to have Dee as my case manager as she has been very friendly and helpful.She has assisted me greatly in updating my resume to persue a better job.

Having worked for the same company, I understand the difficulties that come with the job. I would like to thank Dee at the Prahran office for her compassion, kindness and support she has provided. She is understanding, proficient, and I would be happy to work under her if ever given the opportunity. I trust this finds the appropriate Regional Manager, and she is equally appraised for her work.

Once again, I had the displeasure of calling job find Prahran.The women who I spoke to, I did not catch her name, was incredibly rude, condescending and completely unwilling to assist me in resolving my issue.I was repeatedly informed that she ‘used to work for Centrelink’ so knew much better than I did what my rights are. She spoke to me with an air of unbridled superiority, and made me feel like a second-rate citizen because I am receiving a government benefit.I am relieved to say that I have made the decision to cancel my jobseeker payments, as it is no longer worth the emotional stress that resolving what I thought to be a simple issue has caused me.I feel truely sorry for anyone who genuinely still needs help finding work in these trying times, and is forced to deal with, and be demoralised by this woman and your flawed system.

Sarah cancels your payments whenever she feels like it, she's a bully and is totally incompetent. I feel my payments were cut as retaliation for standing up for myself.When phone appointments are booked, she never calls and refuses to answer when you try to get into contact. She hasn't helped me find a single job in the year I've been here.On top of that, I have a disability and feel that they add things on to my job plan they know I can't reasonably meet.

I have had nothing but a Pleasant experience working with the fun loving people that Job find Prahran are, They have helped me reached goals I never thought were imaginable. I recommend popping in to see the team, as they will do there best to help facilitate you into a job or career that suits you.

I would be interested in what is the purpose of this agency? Haven’t helped me at all. Just waste of time by making useless appointments. They don’t answer the phones also

Diana- has been a wonderful case manager. Helpful, kind and efficient.She has enabled me to get training paid for, which I didn’t know was possible. Her and the other managers are always there to help, listen and always greeted with a smile! They rock!!

Payments get cancelled on a fortnightly basis for no reason. Phone calls aren't answered. No texts in advance for appointments, always have to sign in to check and even that doesn't work. They dont actually help you or care about you, also never take notes. I REPEATEDLY have to remind the staff that I work on weekends. REPEATEDLY. Not too sure what this agency is for.
