Rang office on two occasions now with queries, both times they were excellent in their service. I am very happy with the quality and performance of my flail mower. I am new to farming and farm equipment, but this piece is working out great. I just have to stop running over tires in long grass.

Hayes Products seem to be decent quality at reasonable prices. I purchased an implement from Hayes Products on 20 March 2019 and they arranged transport to my home address at my request, via Border Express. Unfortunately I experienced delivery problems, which was no fault of Hayes Products. If you have a similar experience, do not hesitate to contact Hayes Products to advise them. They will make every effort to rectify the problem.

Awesome products and service. Had one issue with some bolt on tractor bucket tines, and they addressed my issue promptly.I have come back to them for more products as a result, and will continue to do... as long as my pocket money allows me to ;-)

Seriously wish all retailers were like this. Amazing customer service pre and post sale. Great quality products at a much lower price. Would definitely recommend them, mainly because they stand by their products and you call and someone is helping you out immediately
