The people that work here are very rude, snarky and unprofessional. I have filed an application for a court matter with this company. My entire process with them has been nothing but disappointment.They want to claim compensation for damages that were personally repaired.. even though that is not legal to do?

I got in contact with We Love Rentals today and was expecting the standard 3-5 day wait but Sarah was on the phone to me, getting the details she needed to make the appraisal, within minutes.I've never had this level of customer service before. She was polite and very well spoken, she was extremely professional and explained everything that she needed from me.Not only did she say she'd have a response back to me later today, she ACTUALLY lived up to her promise.I was blown away at her responsiveness, customer service and ultimately, the appraisal that she sent me.I am absolutely going to return when I need them next.
