Mo, Tim and Yaz are friendly, engaging and knowledgeable mechanics who always keep me informed about what they are doing with my car and provide that quality of service at a competitive and fair cost. That’s why I keep going back.

Incredibly rude customer service. GO ELSEWHERE. Booked my car in for a service yesterday for today (11/2). I had to cancel this morning of the service due to unexpectedly needing my car to get to work. I called as early as possible (8am) to cancel to give them as much notice as possible. The person on the phone was okay with me cancelling my booking. Later today, the same person called me back while it was at work asking if I was coming to drop the car. I explained I had already said that I cannot make the service and called to cancel that morning. The person on the phone told me to ‘do not book again and do not call us’. I would assume a normal garage would like my business and attempt to rebook me in for another date which I would have liked. I would go ANYWHERE but here and suggest everyone do the same, if the customer service is that bad the car service won’t be any better.

Mo is good at multi-tasking. He will always find the time to conduct an authorised inspection for you despite how many cars he is working on in the workshop.

The staff are always very very helpful. That always fit you in to get your car done, and go the extra mile to help you out when you’re stranded highly recommend it.

I went there on Fri 17th Dec 2021 at 8:50pm and tried to refuel my car. One staff inside the counter had closed everything including all lights and been preparing to go home. If you set trading hours 6am-9pm, please follow rules.

Mo has provided a personal service to my family over many years. We have older age cars and he has fixed a range of tricky issues in European and Aussie cars. Friendly service, fixed on time and has even organised a tow or referred work to bigger specialist centres when needed. Highly recommended from our family to yours.

Good price, friendly staff, not much que for petrol

Mechanic Review.I am a single female attempting to tackle the world of cars and my experience with this mechanic was the worst to date. I am a local who frequently purchases my petrol from caltex woolooware and the staff are always lovely. So when I needed to service my vehicle I went next door. It was a truly horrible experience. I was treated so poorly by the mechanic, spoken to incredibly rudely and drastically over charged. Walking out $1000 later I had to return to a different mechanic because my wheel was literally about to fall off! The mechanic refused to repair any work. The assistants at the garage are much nicer and more accommodating but it is the main mechanic who I would avoid at all costs. I cannot explain how truly horrible this experience was but hope you can take it as a warning.

Do not trust these dodgy mechanics! They use inferior parts or even second hand parts but charge you a premium price. The original problem is even worse now thanks to them. Then when you ask them to fix their mistake they refuse. You will regret taking your car there.

Went in for a pink slip. Failed for having new tyres?? Incredibly rude staff and would not recommend. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere, don’t bother going there. Useless!Owners feel free to contact me.
