Poor quality products and service. Bought an iPad cover that fell apart in just 2 months. Would not refund or replace the product even though it’s under warranty. Taking them to consumer affairs.Do not deal with this business. Dodgy.—EDIT: in response to the owners reply; I purchased the cover 3 months ago and it fell apart after just 2 months.The owner said it was normal wear and tear and refused to refund or replace the product. It may be normal for him as he sells dodgy products, but clearly this is not acceptable after 2 months.By law, if a product is faulty or not fit for purpose as this is clearly the case, I am entitled to a refund. He refused my right to a refund which is against the law.So whilst at the store arguing with him, I provided my initial review.It wasn’t until after 30 minutes of arguing that he reluctantly offered a replacement, which I did not want as clearly the product is dodgy.He told me that if it happens again he won’t be replacing it, which goes to show that he won’t stand by his products.Yes I did take the replacement, but threw it in the bin as that’s where it belongs. I purchased another case from a competitor and the quality is so much better.Dodgy business. Think twice before using them.

This place is a scam. Don’t waste your money.Less than 1 month ago a staff member installed a screen cover for my device and within 2 days it had started to bubble and lift off. In less than a month the cover had started to lift off more than half of the device. The business refused to provide a refund for a faulty product and the staff were arrogant and rude.

Took my iPhone XR here last weekend - I’d dropped it and badly scratched the camera lens. Very friendly fella checked it out - said they would pop a new lens in and see if that was enough. Great it worked perfectly - only took 20 minutes and cost $30. Extremely happy with their service. I’ll know where to go if I need to. Would not hesitate to recommend. A++++++++

I go to this place when I need work done on my phone, they have fixed my screen and am in the process of getting my front camera fixed. the don't always have the parts in stock,vso you may have to wait a few days. but they contact you when the part arrives and do the work on the spot. I have been happy with the work they have done, they are very helpful, professional, seem very knowledgeable in what they are doing and the prices are reasonable.

I have been going to this place for years - happy with price, quality and service.Recently I moved to the other side of town, and had a Bose Speaker which wasn’t charging. Took to a place here - hopeless! Kept for three weeks, waiting on part, didn’t call, I had to chase them.So took to the guys at QBig when I was getting my phone covers and screen protector. He kept overnight. Called me next morning. It charged. I said I had tried multiple cords and so I’d buy a new one - he then proceeded to test, and then ended up giving me for free. All that effort. Zero cost. Now that is service. So helpful. Can’t recommend enough.

I asked for a screen cover for my Samsung phone and hey didn't take long to put it on my phone. Very friendly service.
