We arrived there and were waiting for 15 minutes. The wait was fine but i heard an employee talking about how bad the car was, using provanity and was quite intimidating to be around. We didnt end up going in due to the poor customer service so im not sure how good the batteries are but im certianly not going back

I had the receipt and was still under warranty, however the unqualified staff there told me that my battery had been undercharged so no warranty.100% Total BS,My advice is go somewhere else

Please note if you miss the receipt ( lost or stolen) they won’t replace your battery even after 2 months. I have the battery under 40 months warranty & I lost the tax receipt within few months & they don’t want to replace ( I felt they follow 50 years back system) If you go any other places you can find your receipt or details entering Car REGO or contact number or address.

Great friendly service, got my battery back in 2021 from Exide Darwin, half the price I could find anywhere in Darwin! Needed to pop in for a warranty swap after 18 months 5 minutes before closing on a Friday and the chaps were nothing but helpful! Sorry for the late knock off, but much appreciated!
