Fantastic place to grab a pastry and some desserts, they have a apprentice working in the back and they make amazing stuff, super cheap as well! I recommend the mini choc enclairs

Service was great but Ordered a birthday cake for my duaghter to be delivered. It was delivered as promised and I payed a decent price for it.Unfortunately it was not as I ordered the colours were wrong I ordered it to be all 1 colour purple the design was wrong and the eatable image I payed for was not the full size of the cake and it was bubbled and pretty blurry the cream was not sweet it just tasted like pouring cream however the cake itself was really nice. The cake was already cracked upon delivery the cake looked as if it was made a day early and the eatable image did not hold out. Il the cake itSelf did not match the image I showed them. I did email them and have not yet received a response that was over a week ago.overall the cake did look nice but unfortunately did not hold together at all crack likes that around the sides aswell

Picked up a beautiful large 'Tarte aux pommes' this morning that I ordered yesterday. Phillip and his team are charming and professional.

Pathetic service from this place ,I ordered 1 birthday cake ,12 cannoli,12 macarons, 12 cupcakes .On the day when the order got picked up the baker tells my husband that he didnt have time to do the macarons as they didn't have time and that they don't do macarons for the shops too . I had placed the order more than a week before the birthday and paid it in full it's not like it was a last minute order. You run a bakery and you do this to a customer on the day of the party saying that you didn't get time .Why do you even take orders if you can't even fulfilling them on time . If I was told on the day which order was placed I would have ordered the macarons from elsewhere.I wont be returning to this place ever again .

You guys were amazing! I am so pleased to have come by, thank you so much for all your efforts they are very much appreciated and will be very much enjoyed! Will definitely be returning, highly recommend for anyone on the hunt for a wide variety of cakes & patisserie and so much more! Thanks guys!

My 50th Birthday cake. What a total disgrace of a cake….cake being the operative word… there was barely any. It was mostly cream. I cut it and it fell apart. My sister was gutted when she picked it up. An apology should be high on your list. What a disappointment to receive a cake of such a low standard on my 50th Birthday. It’s ok you had a problem with the photo. I can get past that. But the cake- wow. BE BETTER. That was appalling.

Great food, agreeable prices and the staff are just incredible and human. A great place to grab a bite, or a meal!

Where do I start! Your apricot custard tart is delicious and such a great tweak to the norm custard tart. Coffee is good but that mango and chilli pie is to die for!!!! Your cheese and bacon rolls are unique from other patisserie an once I seen them I knew I had to try!!

Edit: as per your ps reply after collecting my cake today, yes it was 6 weeks AFTER being admitted to hospital for 3 weeks, discharged for week, then being admitted to hospital again for a week for ,sepsis, which after being discharged required a further week of treatment which equals 5 week.this is excluding the fact I have to have dialysis 3 times a week, am unable to drive due to being visually impaired and having to rely on my wife to transport me to various places while she works full-time. C91.3 confirmed with your cake shop my winnings along with explaining the situation , not to mention the back and forth with you over Facebook. The SMS I received had a unique number on whichagain c91.3 confirmed was never used. Even the way you spoke to myself and wife today I feel was very condescending. I had every intention too change my review today to a positive one but the way things went both at your shop and seeing the extra reply on this review my intentions have changed and I wish you and your shop the best.Quiet dissapointed in a the fact that I won a birthday cake back on the 23rd in which was admitted to hospital and kept their a further 2 weeks from the original week I was meant to be there. After calling C91.3 who have been more than helpful and simpathic to my case, Oh La La was not. They quickly denied the request to pick-my cake up this weekend as apparently I was meant to pick-up the cake while at westmead Hospital within 2 weeks of my birthday. Thanks heaps Oh La La. Have a wonderful day knowing today was the day you lost my wife and I's support throughout the week by simply declining my request to pick-up my cake this weekend as I was not able to every other weekend as I was bed riden and not well.

I would give these guys a zero star if I could. My son won a birthday cake via a radio station. He had been critically ill in Campbelltown hospital for several weeks v and has been discharged under district nurse care so he rang today to organise his cake to be told it was too late .. that he had plenty of time" to order it. I seriously hope noone associated with the management and ownership of that bakery ever experiences what I went through when I received a call to get to Sydney quickly. I thought I was flying up to bury my youngest son. "Plenty of time" hey. The radio station has supplied vouchers as an alternative but SHAME SHAME SHAME to this business."
