Just the girl that serves us not giving all of our order, and when we asked she said she going to check but never comeback until we finish. When I check the store is empty, not busy at all, she just not come back to us. It used to be so good with excellent service. But now the service is really bad and the food quality is not that good anymore, I will never back to this place.

Grilled is Kids friendly!! With the dirty crayons and broken pens they think they are luring kids!!Food- Very kindly was served an ice-cold burger- Patty direct from the freezer thawed in a microwave and direct into the cold bun!!!!The garden goodness used to be great!! But nowaddays you can only smell the obnoxious herbed mayo!Burger was bitter and off in smell and taste! I complained to the manager, she showed me loads of attitude and walked away!!My kids chips were sogged out! Grilled has been grilled enough, find an alternative!!!

I always know what im expecting at grilled.Healthier options are available. My fav is the ba ba lamb burger I added bacon and this took it to another level. Hervey Mayo and cheese. A delicious option if your after something a little diffrent.

Store is clean and good service. First time tried their plant based burger, plant based patty taste very good, very similar to meat. Staff is very nice and friendly. Seating is very comfortable. This restaurant located within shopping centre. accessible by bus. Plenty of parking nearby.

The best Grill'd I've been too. The friendliest, happy and fun staff are here. The food was made and served quickly and tasted absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend coming here to everyone

Burgers were good but the service by the girl that served us was absolutely disgusting with no idea about what they even sell and what special is written at the front for the day. If it wasn't for the manager we would have walked out luckily she was very knowledgeable and with great manners.

My experience here was great, burger was delicious & chips were yummy too.Service was quick enough and staff made sure that we were happy.If you're in need of a greasy fix then Grill'd a great choice chips are a little oily but the taste is great.
