Argent Central are agents for Villeroy & Boch toilets & Grohe cistern mechanisms. Sydney clients who require Villeroy & Boch toilet plumbing repair requests are referred to Jeremy Macpherson Plumbing P/L. If your Villeroy & Boch toilet has a Valsir cistern mechanism, one should call Verotti P/L to do the repair. Always ask first what the brand of cistern mechanism is in your toilet! It cost me 3 hours of wasted time to learn that plumbers have brand specialities & can have difficulty with other brands (I was not told until I asked)!

Terrible customer service. Arranged a service technician to inspect a rusted bath (that has a 30 year warranty) and they send the plumber to the wrong state. Then cancelled the service request andp blamed it as an installation error. When I included the builder to Argent Australia they then said it wasn't an installation error... It appears Argent Australia doesn't know how to service their customers or handle service claims..

Ordered a mid range mixer tap. Noted a slight blemish on the tap head finish. They sent out a replacement with no drama. Tap operates as expected with decent flow control

Late last year, I purchased some high end product ($3K+) which had a less than ideal feature that we weren't aware of until they were installed.I contacted Argent customer care who bent over backwards to remedy the issue. They had two new units produced and reprogrammed to disable the feature and ship them to me accordingly.I'm confident that 9/10 companies would not be this consumer focussed.I'd buy again from Argent again with the confidence in knowing if something goes wrong, they'll fix it.
