Hi I found Crystal to be caring and understanding of my 14 year old beagle. She is very reasonably priced and my old girl just loved being pampered by her.

31 July 2018Stunning service! Didn’t wait at all and my puppy Bella was so at ease the entire time which is amazing considering it’s her first proper schnauzer cut! Anyone who also has a mini schnauzer worried about their first proper cut - look no more - Crystal is your girl. Thanks so much! X

Crystal regularly grooms my little dog Oscar and always does a fantastic job with him.Crystal runs her grooming business on her own, she has a family to look after, often takes on carer / driver duties for her grandparents and always looks after her friends in need, and is often unwell with a debilitating lifelong illness I would not wish on anyone.She doesn't have a secretary to answer phones for her and nor should she have to. She is entitled to have days off. And when she is sick, is entitled to put her phone down until she's well enough again.

Belle is such a sooky old dog so it’s always lovely to find a groomer so calm and that works so well with her as I know she can be difficult but always comes home gorgeous! Thank you crystal xx
