Physically waited 2 hours for my appointment all for “Bella” to say “call us” with no explanation as to why. Waste of my time. Who would have thought getting your internet set up would be such a mission. Bella needs to change her attitude towards customers even show a bit of kindness considering customers are being mucked around and treated like a number.

I walked in upset with the repeated negative experience from online and over the phone, and walked away with a connected service super happy. The Store Manager Kylie also welcomed the feedback, looked to work with her team and had a great sense of humour. Really appreciate it!

On Sunday went in there because the my dad got 7 days before wasn’t working, the staff keep chasing the manager to help and she keep walking away and not helping at all. She even left the shop instead of helping. Were there for 1 and half later before something was done. In the end had to pay 125, so could get a new phone because of faulty one which was 7 days old wasn’t working. Then they put a screen protector on the phone and the phone is not picking up the thumb print at all and I can’t get my google news showing up at all. After everything still very angry because all we wanted was lil help and to make sure he had phone that was working properly because he travels out west with work. That female manager who was duty, has the worst customer service ever, she added more stress to already stressful situation.

Travelling through Toowoomba, needing to get some advice on country coverage and got told we can't serve you because we didn't book an appointment. Since when do you need to make an appointment to go into a store? Extremely disappointed.

Disgraceful display of non service. Promised the world and got less than 50% uptime on a security system plan. Absolutely lowest rating I can give on this business. The regional manager Jess. has revoked emails and not given support as promised. I wish Google had minus star ratings.

After reading other reviews I was sceptical about assistance I may receive from this outlet. From our arrival till completion our experience could not have been better. For three weeks I have been trying to close business phone numbers and have them transferred to private customer numbers and change address on Telstra invoices.Our assistant was Ahmed and he was brilliant. Quick, very polite and knew exactly what to do and how to complete our requests. He fully explained all procedures and drew schematic maps of what he did. What I had tried to achieve with over four hours on phone unsuccessfully, Ahmed did in forty minutes. One very satisfied Telstra customer.

I hate the way they do business. You can't get in to look around without waiting to see the guy at the door. Complete waste of my time. To add to it I tried to call first and you have to leave a message. I got the call back after I had wasted my time and left. They could do a lot better I feel
