Colossal waste of money. Toolkit products seemed cheap and nasty. Educational content lacked important details. Save your money. Get a proper education elsewhere if you want to do right by your clients and future business.

What a great box. I am pleased with everything I got and was surprised, there were no samples.I loved the touch of the lollies. It was a great value for money to. And I got some goodies I normally wouldn't get or miss out. If you are ever stuck and need help, their staff is more than happy to help. You get great service and really feel like a valued customer. :)

not happy at all had an appointment with my mother booked for 3:15 pm today we were not even acknowledged at all . it is now 3:58 & i just walked out this is absolutely disgusting and if i could give -10 stars i would .

I registered and payed for my pro brow bundle course on Monday and I haven’t received my login details yet. They clearly state online that you should contact them within 24 hours if this happens so I did and they were so rude saying that they will get someone on it eventually, I wrote another dispossessed a day later when I still hadn’t heard anything with no response and today still absolutely nothing. My kit hasn’t been posted yet. Horrible customer service. I shouldn’t have signed up for this course

Really disappointed. Was booked for treatment at 9:30am. Traveled 20minutes and was standing outside the salon when I received a call to say that they had to cancel my appointment due to a staff member being ill. I totally get that these things happen especially during covid and not much can be done, but 15min notice when you are already there for the appointment is just unacceptable. Was offered to reschedule but opted not to.

Review for Beginners Makeup Course Online.I actually did a bit of research on makeup courses as I wanted something that was going to show me the basics so that I can do makeup on myself and friends. Just wanted to level up my skills. There were so many options that I ended up choosing this one as a last minute decision to just choose something so I could get started. The screenshots showing the course looked good. They are not actually like that when you access the course thoughI purchased this on a Sunday and the note on the website said that after purchase you would receive a login email. That’s not actually the case. The company manually sends the email and I had to wait until Tuesday to hear from them as they’re not open on Mondays. They did call me on Tuesday to explain this which is nice and I suggested they just update the text on their website so it’s not misleading.So, I got access to the course. It’s actually very unprofessionally presented. Which is surprising because there’s some easy apps out there to set up courses. For example, it’s more like a poor quality PowerPoint show. The first quiz had the same question twice. That’s ok. I thought, I’ll start an email to them to point out the errors in the course. Another example is one of the PowerPoint slides runs as a video for a full minute, so you’re just looking at a picture of a brush. If you try to speed it up, it crashes, so you have to start again and just watch the picture of a brush for a minute until it gets to the next written slide.I quickly realised that it was poorly presented and really…well, boring and uneducational. I read their refund policy and unlike many other beauty course sites, no refund is available after you login. Just enough time for you to realise it’s not very good.I’ve cut my losses and joined another online course that has great, informative videos.Just wanted to share in case anyone else was considering this. Definitely look around elsewhere.

Please please please do not go threw this company, this was the supposed 400 dollar kit as you can see cheap wish products. When I contacted them I was told that Australia post had damaged my order and they had replaced it with these products and I needed to complain to Australia post not bombshell beauty. The receptionist hung up on me four times and was very unprofessional when I asked to speak to a manager I was told she was on another call and when I said, I would wait, she was out till tomorrow. I have asked for a complete refund as I do not wish my daughter to train under such unprofessional and poorly managed services. Please go threw another company.

I was hoping I wouldn’t have to write this however, I went into this place to receive a full set of volume eyelash extensions, I walked out with what I wanted and all was good. I payed $145 for this service so expected that they would stay on for a decent amount of time and also assumed that I was getting them done by someone who was fully qualified.For the 48 hours I did not touch them once I didn’t wet them in the shower, I didn’t go swimming, nothing they did not once come in contact with water for 48 hours. The night of the application they started coming out and as time went by more and more just kept falling out not to mention that I did not once touch them. On the 3rd day of having these they were all completely gone.I then rang the academy and explained to them what had happened and they told me that they would offer me a free set which I was happy about, after that I got an email from them asking for photos and asking what skin care products I use which is fair enough ( this is three weeks ago) I then emailed them again because I did not hear back from them and I got a reply saying that it would be passed onto the one responsible. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard a single thing. I understand that sometimes mistakes are made but taking responsibility is something that this academy has not done.
