Got prawns on Monday and was aware they were snap frozen but they rated as the worst I have ever had, tough and tasteless.A lot of frozen fish for a fresh fish place!

Fresh Fish Shack
We were lucky enough to get fresh off the boat that day and they were delicious! We polished off a kilo between 2 of us. Friendly service as well.

went in not knowing what they had, wanted a whole fish to share with 3 other mates, lady was helpful but the guy went above and beyond including letting us know what he had caught that morning.ended up with a 3kg Goldband snapper which was just incredible over the BBQ,also bought some frozen squid and tiger prawns.all was delicious and much enjoyed.highly recommended.

Such a great find! Local and fresh seafood that is a real treat for anyone passing through. We had some prawns and spangled emperor fish and both were delicious. They also have speciality options in the freezers - crocodile tail, octopus, crab, rock lobster, etc.

We bought oysters, prawns and scallops . Very happy with the freshness and quality especially with the oyster - very fresh . Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality seafood in Exmouth .

Went and grabbed a kilo of exmouth tiger prawns. Were delicious, shame they were frozen instead of fresh or would have been 5 stars

Some of the fresh fish fillets are okay priced at $40/kg, but everything else is pricey. This is one of maybe the only places to buy seafood in Exmouth though. We bought some raw frozen local prawn meat at $25/tray which is maybe around 250g, some frozen scallops, and some fresh fish fillets.

Fresh snapper (cooked on our BBQ for dinner) was delicious and the friendly service provided in the shop left us with a smile on our face. Lovely to converse with people who look happy in what they are doing.
