Our heater was on its last legs, so close to winter. Phoned the local company, Luke came over promptly and gave us an exceptional quote. Communication was very good, New system installed, rubbish removed, really friendly team. After sales service was terrific too. Our central heating packed it in on a freezing day in the middle of winter. Called service agent and after waiting on hold for an eternity, was informed of the 3 week wait for a service call. Found Luke through google, he answered the phone straight away, came out that afternoon and before close of business the following day we had a new heater installed. Westies were great to deal with, completed the job punctually and professionally and all at a very competitive price. I will not go elsewhere.Thanks Luke!

Our 11yo gas heater failed. Luke promptly returned our call. He arrived at the agree time, promptly diagnosed the fault and even had the part required to complete the repair. Luke was pleasant to deal with and did the repair at a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Luke is a legend: Pleasant to deal with, no pressure on sales, professional and even goes beyond the call of duty at times (patching up a hole to rodent proof my crawl space that was unrelated to his work).We had a ducted heating unit replaced by Westies. Can recommend 100%

Our Gas Ducted Heating system died. We got Luke in to give us a quote with a view to also installing aircon in our upcoming renovation. He put in 2 split systems which we don't know how we went without before. The ducted heating stopped working and was all rectified with 1 phone call, no follow ups required. Great service from Luke and the team.

Great service and great price - called Luke for a quote over the phone, described the job and 2 days later his boys rocked up on time, installed the aircon (on a 44 degree day!) and did a cracking job. Highly recommended.
