Mark from UHR in Coffs Harbour is who you wish all customer service to be. Our car was damaged in the big hail storm, and our car was sent to Sydney to get repairs. While being overseas, Budget Direct and Mark at UHR corresponded with me via email quickly with any questions I had. The car came back beautiful, detailed, and like a dream… the check engine light did come on after pick up from UHR but Mark was not about to let that be how the car was returned to us. Within 24 hours Mark had our car being checked by the mechanic and to help clear the issue at no cost to me, car is driving like a dream. I cannot praise the professionalism enough. My car was damaged in the hail storm in Coffs Harbour. My insurer ( Budget Direct) advised me to contact United Hail Repair, the assessment centre and workshop were in Coffs so I didn’t have to go far to access them. I had to wait a few months for the repair because of the huge number of damaged cars in the storm , which was completely understandable. A week out from the repair date I received a courtesy text reminding me of the details, which I very much appreciated.I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Mark and his colleagues at United Hail Repairs. My car looks brand new. The hail repair was done with paintless dent repair and is perfect.My car was returned to me completely detailed inside and out ( which was a lovely surprise for me! ). Even the tyres had been blacked.I had been told that it would be two or three days but Mark noticed me removing a disability sticker from my car when I dropped the car off and, without saying anything to me, he prioritised the repair so that my car was returned to me within twenty four hours! He said at the time of pick up that he didn’t want me to be inconvenienced any longer than absolutely necessary.This kind of customer focussed service is very unusual today and I can’t explain how much I appreciate it. Had my hail damage repaired via Budget Direct with these guys.They quoted me 3-4 weeks - not a problem. They had it back in just over 2 weeks and it was FLAWLESS. Not only did they fix all the hail, but all the other little bits of damage were repaired too!They even detailed the inside of the car as well!Super duper happy with them, it's like a new car!
