Earth & Sky Yoga Studio

I cannot recommend Earth & Sky Yoga Studio enough. The classes take place in a relaxing, peaceful space and Cassandra is a highly experienced teacher who provides a beautiful practice and a welcoming atmosphere. I always leave the studio feeling refreshed and grounded. I have noticed a significant improvement in my mental and physical well being since starting here. Thank you Cassandra:-)

Earth & Sky is a beautifully warm and welcoming studio. The teachers are all highly trained, friendly and supportive, able to cater to each individual’s needs. I walk away from each class both physically and mentally refreshed! Being a boutique studio the classes are the perfect size offering a very personal experience. Totally recommend this studio!I also love that TRX training has been added to the timetable, it’s the perfect complement to my yoga practice. It’s so great that I can now do strength training here!

To find a yoga studio which balances the physical and the spiritual is not an easy task, but at Earth and Sky Yoga they do just that. Very experienced teachers guide you through focussed alignment principles whilst never losing sight of the joy of life and a thoughtful approach to the world beyond. A friendly and beautiful space with a lovely community feel, not to mention a very convenient location and classes everyday of the week. Highly recommended!

The right combination of impeccable practice with genuinely open and non-judgemental teaching...Teachers offer different but complementary and consistent perspectives and will really work with you to help you find your way into the practices regardless of your limitations - and they do this by attention to detail rather than by 'dumbing down' the practice - you are led into precision gently and progressively over time and teachers keep a good sense of an individual student's strengths and limitations. The rooms are attractive and welcoming. The studio attracts a wide range of different types of people and different workshops, classes and visiting instructors throughout the year offer variety as well. Good range of class times for busy people, easy parking nearby. In short - highly recommended!

Love the classes in this boutique Yoga studio and the space is clean and beautiful.All the teachers are professional, warm and welcoming.Unlike other bigger Yoga studios in Sydney, here I feel like my individual needs are really taken care of.Easy to park too, which is a bonus.
