WARNING - Do not go to this service centre for service. They will call you a liar and blame you for all the issues.Took a car to them for an assessment of a broken wind deflector, the broken part was not returned and they are advising I never brought it in. Openly did not want to listen to me, the lady I spoke with whom I dropped the car off and showed advised the between me dropping the car off to their service and photos being taken, the part going missing is my problem.

We had an unexpected issue with our Tiguan and being Christmas time we needed the vehicle fixed and returned in good time.Emily the Service Advisor did an excellent job of having the vehicle inspected, the required part ordered and the repairs completed with a quick turnaround.Also a shout out to the service team who worked very hard in a very busy time.For VW owners I recommend Denlo in Parramatta who have serviced our vehicle over the life of the vehicle.

I picked up my car today. Not mentioned about the cleanliness and shinning body. The main concern is the gear box sensor got replaced at no charge. I only paid the labour only. I am very impressed by Emily who kept me updated the progress and the loan car every week and Uber car arrangements included drop in and pick up, which saved me a lot of time. Of course, thanks for the excellent work carried by Ronald. Overall, the time I wait for the service was worth more than I paid. Thank you.
