Chi Massage & Aromatherapy

I asked for reflexology; I got 30 minutes of gentle stroking back and forth. The worst massage I have ever had.I contemplated leaving the whole time as it was actually agrivating; between her nails scratching my feet through the plastic gloves and the obviousness that my partner was actually receiving reflexology / an actual massage. Not only that they got up to attend to other customers or had someone come in to ask how much longer they would be more than 5 times in 30 minutes. After 15 minutes I aksed the girl whether I was receiving reflexology and she replied “yes, yes”; following this the man massaging my partner quietly said something in another language and my ‘masseur’ began to change what she had been doing in an attempt to copy what he was doing but just pushed her thumb nail into the bottom of my foot. She then switched back between my feet a few times; again copying what the other person was doing. I bought this up with the boss after (the first time I have ever done this); and she argued with me telling me “some people don’t like it like that” or “if you didn’t like it you can leave after 5 minutes”. I told her simply “I asked for reflexology and I didn’t get it”; I also asked if the girl was even qualified and I received a series of mumbles equating to “she has 3 years experience”, so no, she was not qualified. I ended up paying half price for mine, which is well and truly more than it was worth.I hope your experience is better than mine.

Very disappointing massage staff kept walking in and out and talking to each other.Walked out thinking where else can I get a good massage cause it was that bad.

Been here quite a few times now, excellent service & they know how to do 'deep massage', best yet! I was a customer at 'Zen massage' for over 10yrs but they took a massive nose-dive when David sold-out.CHI Massage is awesome & friendly - best place Ive found to date!

This place is disgusting, unhygienic and dirty. The staff were unpolite and noisy and sounded like someone was receiving more than a massage in the cubicle next to me. Plenty of other places to go in Miranda. Avoid this one
