I'm a property manager and had the worst experience with one of their dog technicians who lives near world square.Uneducated person who also smells hell, wondering if he ever showers and ended up running the job.We will not pay for anything considering the waste of time and terrible results.We recommend anyone considering using that company, to avoid at all costs.

Would rate a 0/5 if I could. Were too lazy to come out and take measurements. Then did not show up to two bookings and did not communicate anything along the way. Worst company I have dealt with in a long time.

I recently engaged Magic Glass to repair a damaged glass panel to my balcony sliding door.The guys rang me ahead of time to let me know their arrival time.They were courteous, efficient and very experienced at their trade.The guys cleaned up after themselves, and were both an absolute pleasure to deal with.I will only use Magic Glass into the future for any window / glass replacement work as the completeprocess from start to finish was simple, efficient and affordable.Thanks guys.

5 months to get a job done. 3 times they went to the wrong address. 1 time said they couldn't do it without an abseiling team, then they could.. then an absailing team still turned up.. 5 hours to early.. at the wrong address. Called to complain.. then when they did get the right address they didn't give us any warning despite being told they would message the day before to confirm. Absolute joke!

Worst ever!They first called me to organise a quote inspection which I’ve waited for 2 hours and no one turned up. And their back office saying couldn’t find the record.Reorganised a time and still no show up after 2 hours waiting. And saying they will be 4 hours behind schedule.It’s ridiculous how some people think their time is more valuable.

Hopeless. Took weeks to get back to me to arrange a quote and are coming to measure even though they did the exact same panel 2 years ago. We used them at work for major jobs - I'm not sure why.

Some companies try to sell you a lot of extra services, but Magic Glass did exactly what I needed them to do. They came out within hours and quickly replaced my commercial glass walls and doors. I was very satisfied with the job they did, and would not hesitate to call them again.
