Lovely, very professional audiologist, but very young and couldn’t answer all my questions. Accessibility to services when trying to fit appointments in with work is poor., especially as I was trialling hearing aids as it was my first time with hearing aids. I waited up to 2 months between appointments as the audiologists would be away in other locations. I was offered cancellation appointments - but this was usually when working, and I just could not take frequent time off work, and is made more difficult when their hours are 8 am to 4 pm
