Great attention to detail and really thorough end of lease clean.

Timewasters. Called them explained one person everything. She is saying I can't promise anything need to speak to my manager. Then I'm getting another call, again going through the same process and same questions. He says I'l send you the link you will be able to book. I open the link and website shows cleaners all busy no available for this day. Again conversation over the phone, clarifying everything and again promise I will send you the link and you will be able to book. I open the link again and again no time slot for agreed day. Do not waste your time. My case was pretty simple we did already cleaning by ourselves. We cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, walls, washed windows. All I wanted a piece of mind and say my partner forget about this and the rest is not your problem.

Absolutely terrible service. I use their monthly service and last service they came at 1150 AM and left at 1245 PM. Less than an hour for a 3 bedroom home.Did not clean anything properly. Went through checklist after the clean and more than half the work was not done.Me and my partner had to re-clean everything after the cleaners left.Will not be booking with Calibre ever again.

Fantastic end of lease clean. No corner or cupboard or surface was left untouched. Also the carpets - they were returned to their original condition! Amazing! The cleaners were on time and very polite and professional. Very glad we chose calibre.

The team were professional yet personal and they efficiently cleaned my apartment while ensuring the whole place was methodically cleaned.

Terrible company - we organised for a monthly clean a few months ago and nobody turned up at the agreed time or even bothered to contact us to let us know they couldn't make it the end of the day so we cancelled the monthly clean. They have continued to charge us every month for the last three months (we have never had any cleaning actually performed by the company) and we have had to go through weeks of phone calls to try and get them to refund the money despite them admitting we should never have been charged. Very deceitful practices.

I tried to book Calibre Cleaning back in August. I set up a monthly clean. I made it very clear in my booking that I only had specific time window available for cleaning- if I had extra time in my day, I'd clean my house myself. The email confirming the cleaning even repeated my answer from their form: Is your date/time flexible?: No - Not flexible". The person did not arrive. One hour after the arrival window

Tried Calibre cleaning yesterday and will never use again. 1 person turned up to clean a large 3 bedroom home. A lot of the requested cleaning was not done. Windows left uncleaned, blinds were not dusted, window sil was not cleaned, streaky window clean, bathroom floors not mopped, oven and Cooktop was cleaned but not the splash back. We paid $520 for a deep clean" and we did not receive this. Shop around before booking with this company. We originally signed up for monthly clean but cancelled today based on yesterday's clean but I am a bit nervous that they are going to try to keep charging us based on some of these comments. Do not use this company."
