To easily describe this place.. gorgeous.The entire place was spotless clean. I had no troubles with check-in/check-out process and the staff were as friendly as can be.I would highly suggest it if you're in the area and need to choose a secure place to stay.

Spa room- room was dated, one bedside lamp didn't work, only one plate for 2 people, Netflix reception kept dropping out, walls are paper thin- could hear next door's tv, people coughing, toilet flushing.Bed was comfy, spa was large, reception lady was nice

Pretty noisy, What knocked two stars off my review was that the interconnecting room we paid extra for did not have aircon or a fan and it was roasting!!. Pretty clean though. Everything worked. The interconnecting room is no good in the summer. Breakfast is good for no extra price.

Reception and check in was super fast. Simple & clean rooms with a fridge and microwave. Netflix was available in the room also.Reception could take a little more time to engage the customer and offer suggestions on breakfast/food in local area, Wi-Fi information, pool access information etc...

The linen and pillow sheets were not changed on the bigger bed. I used to work in hotels during my student times so can see that. Have questioned the receptionist but he just said it was done. Disgusting. Was not able to sleep as was itchy whole night. When finally moved onto the single bed which I assume was not used before me, it felt a bit better. Not coming back.
