I chanced the car and I was there because I had insurance there. There gave me price but they made mistake. Instead of apologies their manager was very rude, unkind and unprofessional.

Telephoned RACV Insurance 132228 to get cover for trailer. As the trailer has a 12v motor to help lift on and off the towball, you aren't covered and they'll void the insurance. This includes 12v motors to wind your boat in, even voids insurance for your car if you change from an old car push up and down aerial to a 12v aerial with motor. Be warned with fine print, thankfully I was told. 9.12.17 10.50am.

I just meet RACV road side assistance and change the battery in hour.He don't ask me leave old battery or not, but my battery still in warranty. And he know that. I would to get it back and the staff said it was disposed. It just happened in a hour, even disposed you can take it back.Also I ask my repair, they said the problem is not on a battery. I spend $500 and it don't solution the problem.Please help to take my battery back!

I recently got a new car, I thought I'd get some quotes from a few other insurance companies, well over the phone is very frustrating, plus they won't give you a quote until you have revealed all your personal details, I was getting very stressed and pulled the plug. I went back to RACV where we had been insured in the past.The lady who looked after me was wonderful. RACV IS A BUSINESS YOU CAN GO TO AND GET LOOKED AFTER BY A PERSON SITTING OPPOSITE. Not on line or over phone. Well done RACV keep your customer contact.

Id give 5 stars for the car insurance and great service in store from staff.But travel insurance I wouldn't even give 1 star.Be warned, do not get travel insurance with RACV.... WORST service iv ever experienced in my life from the call centre staff, and they'll try to find any excuse to deny a claim.They'll make you feel like you're a inconvenience to them for being hurt or mugged or what ever your claim is about.

They charged me $450 to check on a car that I was going to purchase. They assured me everything was fine and checked over.Luvkily I chose to take it on one more test drive and let a family friend who knows alot about cars also drive it.And what we found was the 4 wheel drive system was faulty and a few other things. How the hell does a trained worker miss this? When we saw it easily.When I complained i was told to talk to a different person over and over again, they must have throught id just give up but after trying for weeks they basically just told me to get stuffed and that I wont get any money back.$450 gone for absolutely nothingDisgusting really.

Time given by staff member Mel was most appreciated and the advice on insurance was excellent . Felt very relaxed atmosphere and valued as a RACV member. Felt confident on leaving.
