It was the most pleasant and easiest process I have ever experienced. Vanessa was just wonderful and very professional. I knew what I wanted and not able to get into physically sit down with Vanessa she listened to what I wanted to achieve and I sent my draft with measurements etc. Vanessa is very experienced and knows her profession. This was a risk for me but wanted an outdoor canvas for my small yard. I picked it up didn’t even unwrapped it to check as I had so much confidence in Vanessa’s work ethics. We’ll it’s home and hanging up outside. Looks fantastic and very happy with it not only the quality, the eyelets and the picture. It has stood the rain and heat and no problems at all. Now Canvass Art Factory have my details if ever I want to change the picture I can do it easy as I’m set up hopefully in their system and the spots where the eyelets go.The biggest surprise to me was the pricing after all the discussions and proofs etc it was so competitive and reasonable I couldn’t believe it. All my family and friends love it and I have no hesitation in referring or recommending this business to anyone and with full confidence based on my experience and I am a person who researches and ask lots of questions before I buy. All the staff I spoke to at this business were very friendly and helpful. God Bless them all and keep them safe.
