Best service by Andy! He legit sold us on the spot the perfect vacuum. In our price range, went through all the features and was exactly what we needed.He was honest, kind and honestly could not recommend him enough!

I sent my steamer for repair at the eastgardens store on the 20/10. The store person person explained the process on how it works, this person said they will check it over and give a quote if it can be repaired or if not can dispose of it for you and you can purchase a new one in store.Ok, I’m not sure if that’s a good thing to say on that last bit about having to buy another one if it can’t be repaired as there are no longer parts available, especially if it’s only 5 years old and hasn’t been used that often.So I received the machine back on 12/10 and took it home where I noticed that the handle is broken. I DID NOT HAVE A BROKEN HANDLE WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN.I did not use the option for it to be disposed of since I thought it can be repaired somewhere else. (The machine no longer was taking in water and expelling steam).So now I have a machine that definitely can’t be repaired. I have not gone back to them and complained as it is out of the way for me.I 100% do not recommend Godfrey’s eastgardens.Please also take extra special attention to positive reviews for anything as they can be fake and a good indicator of that is the lack of detail. People don’t post negative detailed reviews for fun

My partner and I bought a Bissell spot cleaner from Andy. My partner had originally went in before me and Andy gave him the rundown of two different ones that would best suit our situation. My husband and I went to buy a Tineco mop/vacuum for our tiles and we were served by Andy at Eastgardens. We explained what we required it for, his demo and knowledge of the product was excellent. He spent time with us answering questions, he understood exactly what we needed. He also helped us with pricing We are so happy with the mop, it does the job excellently. My dad and I came in to buy a vacuum because mine and my fiance’s super old one broke! Even though I was set on one kind of vacuum, Andy was so kind enough to go above and beyond to let me test the demo a couple of times and even helped us out with the pricing. Such friendly service!!
