Had a very positive experience previously with Beaurepaires in Ballina as there was a young man there who offered great service but who seems to have gone now; this time around it was pretty dismal as the chap assisting me did not listen to what was being asked for and ordered the wrong tyres and then informs me that I cannot get the tyres that were suggested to me in the first place. All in all, appeared to be efficient but it was just appearances as it was not backed up. Also, extremely difficult to understand due to an extremely heavy English accent so taken in an interpreter.

Fantastic! Left Coffs Harbour this afternoon heading home to Brisbane. Realised on the highway something was wrong. Steering was totally off, then the Esp error light came on. Stopped and noticed one of the rear wheels was totally out. Took it to these guys late on a Friday afternoon but they still looked at it straight away for us and sorted the problem. We made it home with no further issues. Thanks gents!
