Highly recommend been taking my girl since 3 months still here 5 months later we are still here and loving it. We have learnt so much in 2 months and even taking my 3 little siblings who are excelling now aswell. Highly highly reccomend for 3months to 11years are my siblings and child nikki and alex are amzing teachers and mel is just amazing as a manager

Absolutely A BIG NO to this place . Rules changes according to the owners discretion . When my kids joined for Crab and Tadpole class , I have been told that if we cancel the classes in advance then we could do make up classes within two months .My kids had influenza and couldn't attend for a month , I have emailed one of the senior staff and she got back to me saying that I could have all the classes I missed and it was well within 2 months period . Since my kids were getting sick on and off with this weather we decided to quit and I asked for a refund . Amanda emailed us saying that refund is not possible instead can have 2 lessons if we wish to go back later . My younger son had 6 lessons and elder one had 3 lessons in total . As per Amanda we cannot accumulate these many lessons and not entitled to have make up lesson for every missed class. I have emailed Veronica one of your senior staff and she did say I could have all the make up lessons . We have been told the same thing on joining your placeAlso with the staff turnover no persistency with teaching .Teacher who took over Nehas place on Tuesday’s is a nightmare . Doesn't have any idea how to teach kids and behave to kids , not even a smile one her face .I would give negative rating if I can .I would never ever come back again and would not recommend this place at all .So over all 1 star rating : poor customer service and inconsistent rules , poor quality of teaching .Deepa.

The team at Jump Swim School is awesome! They are fantastic with children, and there is always a warm welcome at the front door that goes into the pool with the swim instructors. Amazing place to take your children to learn how to swim. Also, it's really affordable as well!

Excellent place, today my 2,5 months baby had her first class, staff is very kind and the teacher very responsible and confident.Nice and warm water and the group was very small (only two babies).Definitely we are comming back.
