A fantastic martial arts centre that is run by the famous billy manne himself. The facility is quite large sporting two stories dedicated to specific martial arts (kickboxing, kravmaga, jiu jitsu, and karate). Have trained there for many years - and i have trained at many other facilities. This one is the best by far - Billy has extensive knowledge through real world experience - self defence for kids and adults as well. You cant go wrong at billy mannes martial arts.

I have been going to Energym close to 2 years now absolutely love this place. I can honestly say it is like my second home. Billy and Simone always go out of their way to help you. I am very happy to have found this place.

Great place to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Very welcoming and friendly group to train with. All the gym equipment you might need as well. From strength and conditioning to rehabilitation.

Soke Billy is just the most amazing teacher of martial arts. He challenges you in ways that you did not know before joining. But he also mentors and helps you to grow into the best version of yourself.

I went to this gym when I grew up in the area. I didn't know how good it was at the time. Several years and gyms later I can tell tell you Billy's is the best.

Fantastic people! So kind and helpful with me as a beginner. An extreme amount of knowledge and experience with martial arts and classes and training for everyone. I started only wanting to do 1 class and now I’m doing 3 and love every minute of it!
