We were getting a RWC and Gas Certificate for a Caravan. The whole process took less than an hour, no work needed to be done and he charged $ 450.00 far too expensive.Get a quote before you go there.

Highly recommend! Had my old Tuscon in for service and repairs it needed some care and attention and that's exactly what John and the team gave it. Honest and punctual with all the work needed I now feel confident my vehicle is back up to a good standard and will be using cairns brake and clutch centre in future services. Dodgy as! Avoid at all costs. Sent my car on a tow truck to have a look to see what was going on. Then tells me two days later he took the gearbox out and I owe $500. If he called and discussed like every other mechanic Ive dealt with it could have been avoided. Then aggressively tells me he knows someone that will buy my car for cheap.No thanks champ just hand my car overUpdate: Had the clutch replaced and gearbox refitted by an actual reputable mechanic for $585. This dodgy mechanic quoted $3850. After I told the new mechanic what I was quoted by this business they laughed and asked if my new clutch from them was going to be gold plated hahaha! Find someone else guys

Amazing service, could not be happier with John and the team, called as we needed an urgent clutch replacement, John sourced the parts and gave us a estimate on the spot, prepared us for possible delays when we said we were in a hurry (which their weren’t) John was able to book us in when we arrived to Cairns, even gave us tips on where we might find accommodation as we couldn’t find anything, parts were a couple hundred cheaper and the estimated labour cost almost half of what was estimated, John didn’t skimp on anything even gave us a full report on everything that needed attention. Thanks John, excellent service

Came for rwc but it did not pass, we could not read what the problems where and he thought it would take up to much time to explain it, he also could not tell us what the costs of repair would be, so we paid 95 dollars but we still dont know whats wrong with the car/:
