Performance Personal Training
Performance personal training in Gregory hills is one of a kind. Not only are the trainers welcoming but the other members are welcoming too and it feels like a community which was important to me. Thanks to Andoni for the support and push through the good and challenging times, as well as the rest of the trainers who always show interest, support and encouragement! Would recommend training here to anyone who is already into fitness or looking into starting.

I started strength training at PPT some time ago and there really is no other gym that comes close. The support of all the personal trainers is amazing, their knowledge and guidance is second to none and they really now their stuff. The coaches will focus on helping you do exercises that are right for your goals with the best technique at all times to keep you safe.Pair that up with an amazing facility with quality equipment that they constantly maintain, you really can’t find a better gym in the Camden/Macarthur area.Whether your goal is weight loss, or you’re looking to build some strength and/or muscle, this is the gym you need to be at.

PPT is not your average gym. The staff are highly professional and experienced and all are committed to helping their clients achieve their goals. I have been a member for almost 3 years and I have had the same dedicated trainer, Mary since I started.I love the personalised programming I get with my PPT trainer and I always feel like she genuinely cares about understanding my goals and helping me reach them. It never feels like a chore and I have loved seeing the results I have achieved since becoming a member.

I have the privilege of training at Performance Personal Training in Gregory Hills which is such a great facility. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and always design effective and customised training programs, that meet my fitness goals and keep me motivated.The trainers have a deep understanding of the importance of building strength as a foundation for overall fitness and health, and they incorporate strength training into all of their programming.The programming is well-structured and challenging, yet always tailored to my individual needs and abilities. I highly recommend Performance Personal Training to anyone from the complete beginner looking to start their fitness journey, right through to those more experienced looking to take their training to the next level.

I had been aware of PPT for a long time as my husband had been a client of Sean’s for many years, but I was happy with what I was doing (mainly reformer pilates) and was not looking for any other training until I hit menopause & realised I needed to up my game! I had started feeling sluggish, gaining weight around my middle and generally not feeling myself. My previous commercial gym experiences were impersonal and generic, so even though I could see the great results my husband had had with Sean, I was hesitant to join another gym. I finally took the plunge in June ’22 and signed up for 2 x PT sessions per week. I also added the Sat Squad into my routine. In the almost 12 months since I have been with PPT I have found the experience to be the complete opposite of any previous gym memberships. I have received individualised programs and coaching from a dedicated trainer - Peta, who has gone above & beyond in helping me achieve my goals & assisting me with personalised nutritional guidance. I have seen improvements not just physically but also in my sluggish metabolism, mental health and general wellbeing. Being a part of the PPT community I feel supported by not only a team of professional and knowledgeable coaches but also by other members. If you are looking for an excellent training facility, coaching expertise & a warm & welcoming environment to train in, I highly recommend PPT!

I originally joined PPT in 2014 I had a Personal Trainer and was consistently training every week I got down to my Goal weight in 2018 and I felt fantastic!I left PPT in the beginning of 2020 as of personal reasons, then Covid hit and I had several on going health issues and began to gain the weight back on so i lost all motivation during this time.I joined a local gym but there was no encouragement or motivation there and I felt like just a number.My Motivation to Re-join PPT again was to first prioritise my health as advised through my doctors and secondly seeing photos of myself playing with my Granddaughter, so for me the best way to do this to stay Accountable was to go back to PPT to the Trainers who really Understand my needs and aspirations.The fist week coming back I was greeted and welcomed back by old friends and trainers that I haven't seen since I left, that made me feel so welcoming, motivated and encouraged.I started PT sessions with my new trainer Jai, he designed my sessions around My specific needs and injuries and challenged me within my capabilities and made sure there were no risks, I finished the session feeling great and determined and looking forward to the next one.I highly recommend PPT, the Professionalism and Passion for what they do is second to none.

Five months ago I made a life changing decision and joined Performance Personal Training and haven’t looked back. I’ve been training consistently twice a week and it’s been the best thing I’ve done for my health and well being in a very long time!Like many of us I juggle a busy lifestyle - career, family, motherhood and as such self care always seems to come last. This year I made a commitment to myself that I would prioritise my health first and for me the best way to stay accountable to that was to find a personal trainer who deeply understood my needs and aspirations.I struck pure gold when I discovered and joined PPT. For someone who has had a million failed gym memberships over the past 20 years this is the first time I have remained consistent and loyal to myself and my health goals. PPT has played a huge part of this. Sean and his team of expert trainers bring the perfect mix of expertise, encouragement, focus and FUN! Its such a warm and friendly environment and I’ve really appreciated this welcoming and nurturing vibe.Special shout out to my trainer Bandoll who is just a legend - Bandoll really knows his stuff, his attention to detail like technique is brilliant and his professionalism and intelligence is matched perfectly with his wit and fun. Thanks B for everything so far!I’m slowly but surely loosing body fat and kilos, gaining muscle and strength and developing some serious guns. When I started I could barely lift 10 kilos and walk up my staircase! Here I am the other day lifting 40 kilos and these days I’m running up my staircase! I’ve still got a way to go to reach my goals but I’m feeling confident and inspired that I’m on track.Performance Personal Training is a genuine 10/10 for me. Highly recommended.
