The Learning Sanctuary Ashwood

We love this centre. Both of our girls have gone here since they were 9 months old and we could not be happier. The staff are lovely, the centre is clean and peaceful and with such low staff turn over, our girls feel safe and secure with all the educators.

Learning Sanctuary Ashwood was my son's first day care starting when he was 8 months old. Booking him in was easy and the centre staff were attentive to his needs from day 1. They were friendly, organised and had the perfect level of communication for us. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Our two children attend the Learning Sanctuary and we are very happy here. My husband describes it as sunshine and rainbows" when you walk into the centre. Very attentive management - they know all of the children and families by name and greet everyone with a smile. The carers really love what they do and bring a positive energy to the rooms every day. The lunches and snacks are well balanced and diverse. Probably best of all

We absolutely love The Learning Sanctuary. My son has transitioned through 3 rooms over the years and each room has had lovely and caring staff. The centre manager knows each child well and so do the carers. My son loves the programs from ‘Music man’ to ‘Happy feet’ and we are very pleased overall.

Our niece attends this centre and we couldn't be more thrilled with the progress she has made whilst being enrolled here. She has been to many other centres previously and have never felt the same dedication to her education, care or attention to her. The facility is spotlessly clean, well maintained and has awesome features. We love hearing her stories of what she is doing and learning every week. Also getting the children involved in the community and programs outside of the kinder is fantastic! Emily and Ashlee are extremely helpful and show a real interest in all the kids, even knowing them all by name. The staff are approachable and knowledgeable. I honestly feel our niece has blossomed since she has attended this centre. Couldn't recommend them enough, you won't be disappointed.

We have been attending the Learning Sanctuary Ashwood for 3.5 years now and my kids love it. It is like a second home to them. The staff are attentive, warm, caring and always friendly at drop off. The rooms are always clean and tidy and I have been happy with the quality and variety of food on the menu. I believe a centre is only as good as its centre director and Sara is simply fantastic. She runs a tight ship where protocols are always adhered to yet is always friendly and helpful. During Covid the centre has implemented strict measures to keep our kids, staff and parents safe which has been reassuring. We are very happy with the centre.

I have had kids at the centre since 2016, and my last child is in his kinder year. They have always been great to deal with, especially with managing their allergies. The educators are caring and take the time to get to really get to know the kids. The Manager is always on top of everything at the Centre and if there are any issues they are addressed straight away. The option for casual bookings has been amazing when things come up and I need an extra day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good quality day care in the area.

Both our kids attend the Learning Sanctuary. We are very confident that our kids are having a good time and enjoy attending and are in a safe environment.The facilities are very good and the kids are well looked after. The catering is excellent and the kids are well fed a good range of healthy food.Activities such as Happy Feet and the Music Man are well received by the kids.Staff are very good but there does seem to be a reasonably high staff turn-over rate as others have mentioned. Not sure if this is specific to this site or indicative of the industry as we have nothing to compare to.

My kids have been attending this centre for the past 4 years, my eldest has now gone to school and still speaks of her educators. My kids love attending, I love the staff, really happy to have found a such a nice centre. I love that my kids have learnt so many good manners from this centre. Highly recommend.

We’ve been very selective about choosing the right center with our daughter because she has a lot of allergies! We chose the Learning sanctuary Ashwood because being a big center, they’ve always got trained staff, safety protocols and stable staffs. During her 2 years, we had no complaints and she always came back with big smile! This year she starts prep and looking back, it’s definitely a good choice made!
