The service is really bad. I had my worst experience ever when I ordered chips and calamari when visiting VIC open at 13th Beach yesterday.I asked the lady who took the order for a tomato source for my chips and she told me they don't have tomato source at all. OK, that's fine, I waited there for my order to be ready. Then another customer came to pick up her chips and ask for tomato source, the lady magically got 2 bags of tomato source for her for free. When I picked up my chips, I asked again politely for tomato source, the lady became very angry and yelling to me and about calling the security if I am still there. In the end, she agreed to sell me a tiny tomato source for $2. I am really happy to use $2 to prove you are a cheater and hope you make a lot money yesterday by selling the tomato source.Golf is about honest and you should not come to the golf event by cheating customers.

Dunno why they have an average of 2 star rating on Google. Very polite and friendly hosts. Warm smiles all around. Food fresh and modertely tasty. Nothing to complain about since we got takeaway and then went back for seconds.Didn't give a 5 star since the food is tasty without blowing you away.Keep going guys. Good luck!

Just had fush and chips at vic park. Fish tasted old and was undercooked. 17 dollars with half handful of chips. Never again
