After Hours Air Conditioning Brighton

Tyson turned up exactly on time and did was very friendly. He went to work immediately and cleaned out the AC and got it working perfectly again. He then took the time to show me how the remote worked and pointed out some things that I was not aware the AC even did! I highly recommend Tyson and hai firm.

Charged $130 non refundable upfront booking fee. A stooge turns up, doesn't check error codes, fuses, has trouble reading model numbers. Mumbles bullcrap....The says, sadly it will cost you a further $750 for a diagnosis...or about $5500 for a new aircon...I say but you didn't check anything and those prices are extortionate. He replies It's not my business model". I request not to continue or interaction and please fill out your forms in your van....Borderline scam business needs the ACCC and an ombudsman on their dishonest case."

I can only assume Brighton is the service I booked since it's the closest to me. Booked in for a tech to show up between 5pm and 8pm tonight. I work long hours and away so organised to have someone to be there. Their 3 min call back I booked at 10:36am call back 6:43pm Friday. Tech booked for next day between 5:00-08:00pm. No show thinks it's ok just reschedule like we have a life that revolves around them and no weekend. Well guess what it's not so don't have weekends. I paid up front $132.00 for this tech to do a no show. Would never recommend or ever use.

Very honest and professional.New home owner, day 2 aircon blew out the day before hosting a baby shower. Feels like living in a Russian bath house. Iv got a stage 5 pregnant wife, freaking the hell out. So naturally I'm fearing for my safety at this point.I called Jim's and in a few hours I had Tyson Christ rock up. Very polite and professional. He thoroughly inspected and assessed the situation and concluded that the air conditioner, was infact completely FUBAR.Now this is the point he could have razzle dazzled me and pulled my pants down. But instead he explained the quality of the unit, which was on par with Japanese uchiwa hand fans.He explained the current location of the unit is going to triple the price and suggested better places. He also explained the cost for them to do it as an emergency call out will have me turning tricks on the corner. With that information we were able to come up with a course of action that was better suited to our situation..Would recommend.To be honest, Tyson should probably get a raise. Just sayin.
