Mainline Plumbing

When we woke up this morning, we had sludge all through the backyard and no idea where it was coming from. I had a magnet from Mainline that came in our letterbox and thank god it did!Jason and Paul arrived at our house and were able to identify the burst pipes (that right, not pipe, but pipes plural) we had running under our yard. They used this awesome camera thingy and it totally blew my mind to see how much rubbish and debris was actually inside our pipes. And not just inside, broken through.To cut a long story short, they told us about pipe relining and how they could fix our pipes permanently without having to dig up our whole backyard, which seemed like a no brainer to me.They worked for about six hours, fixed everything, cleaned everything and were a delight to deal with! They answered all my silly questions and took the time to really explain to us what was being happening the whole way through.Really happy with the end result and more than happy to recommend such a great company. Our outside tap started off with a bit of a drip and we didn’t think much of it, until it pretty much exploded on our front lawn! I can say with 100% confidence that Mainline are the best emergency plumbers out there. 18 mins after we called they arrived, stopped the swimming pool on our lawn, replaced the pipe and tap and it’s as good as new! Great guys who are great at what they do and have great service! If you need an emergency plumber I can highly recommend Mainline.

Mainline came highly recommended to us by a neighbor who had engaged their services to fix their drains. We were facing the issue of a leaking pipe underneath our house and another plumber had advised us that we needed to replace the entire piping system under the house. However, Mainline soon identified the leaking section and in just two hours, they managed to successfully address the problem.

I should have wrote this the first time we used Mainline but now, after a second experience, they definitely deserve a mention. Michael came to us at 3.40am when we had no hot water and my husband had work in 3 hours. One hour later all was well and my hubby got to shower before work, lol. My brother has also used them now to fix some pump issue in the garage and he said they were great too. Thanks Michael, great meeting you and I hope your bosses see this and know how great you are! When Mainline Plumbing installed our new hot water system, and finished it in half a day, we were over the moon. Jackson was our plumber and he was awesome! He explained everything in detail and we now have unlimited hot water which I’ve never known. It’s like the day, you don’t know what you are missing…well I never want to know what it’s like to run out of hot water again and thanks to these guys, we won’t have to! Lol.Highly recommend

I wholeheartedly recommend using Mainline Plumbing!I had an issue with a blocked sink in my apartment in Haymarket. I used another plumber first who blatantly lied and said it couldn’t be fixed without replacing the whole piping system (over $10k)!Nick and the team came to the rescue, found the blockage with their cameras, cleared it and we were back up and running in about 45 minutes. They are the masters of plumbing and saved me a fortune. Thank goodness I saw their ad and decided to get another opinion!!! The awesome Mainline Plumbing ute magnet is now a permanent fixture on my fridge and I am definitely a loyal customer! Thank you guys for a wonderful job and great service.

I thought I would take the time to write this review because I was really impressed with the service we received when our hot water system stopped working yesterday. We had a magnet from Mainline Plumbing that came in the mail a while back, so we decided to try them. I am soooo glad we kept that magnet! They came out at just past 5.30am (we called at 5.02am by the way) and they checked the system and gave us two options, fixing or replacing, explaining them both in detail. We decided to replace it with a new system and I am so happy! We now have unlimited hot water, a big thing when you have 3 teenage girls, and the cost was a lot less than we thought a new system would be. The reason I wanted to write this though was to let others know about the exceptional level of service we received. From the initial call right through to when they took the time to call us today (like they said they would) to check in and make sure we were very happy with the new hot water system. I know who I’ll be calling if we ever have another issue!Thanks guys!

We had small bathroom leak for a couple of months. We tried ourselves, but couldn't fix it. My work colleague recommended Mainline Plumbing and in less than two hours they had fixed the leak and found another leak that had just started! Price was fair, but the thing I like most was the communication. They took the time to explain the issues to us and the procedure to fix it. Thanks heaps guys.

I had heard about hot water systems that didn’t run out of hot water, but thought that they would be way too expensive to run, which was actually totally wrong and a perfect example of ‘never assume’, ha ha.Our new system is actually going to cost us less than our old one and we never have to worry about one of us getting caught out with no hot water! A big thanks to Jackson, who really took the time to make sure we understood everything and was super polite and to the Mainline team for such great service. Keep up the great work guys!

This is a company we can highly recommend. The team were professional, friendly and the service was great. They asked if we wanted our hot water checked at the same time, which was a really nice gesture and they took the time to explain the work they were doing instead of just taking action. Our new tap looks great and you would never know it wasn’t the original that came with the vanity. Very happy and we will definitely use Mainline Plumbing again.
