Carols Cuts & Colours

I have been going to Carols for many years now and find the service absolutely brilliant always happy with my cuts and colours and the price is soooo good. Keep up the fantastic work Girls! Cheers Jenny

Posting on behalf of my mother:A disappointing outcome for a simple haircut which should have been not much more than a blunt trim. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. Showed Carol 3 pictures of a haircut I wanted. Said it would suit me, so presumed we're on the same page. During the haircut there were many interruptions & a visit from a friend with a chat at the front door. Was there 2hrs. Quoted $15 and charged $28. A friend later viewed my haircut and the left side was approx 5cm longer than the right side, chunks randomly 1cm longer around my whole hair length. No idea how to cut dead straight hair. Not only am I disappointed & embarrassed, now wear headscarves till my appt elsewhere to fix the ugliest haircut I have ever had, & perhaps I can be treated as a worthwhile customer instead of an inconvenience.Carol was there, she was telling everyone about her surgery. We are real people, we've been there several times and bought the Keune products from you. Thank you for your response, speaks volumes about your additude.

I really enjoyed my wash, cut and blow dry today for someone like me who rarely visits the hairdresser because I hate having over the top chit chat this experience was very pleasant. Helen and Hilary were very lovely and could see I just wanted to relax and enjoy the experience of being pampered. My hair feels, looks and smells amazing thank you ladies

Thank You so much. My hair was down to my bum and got the most fabulous haircut then went back today to get it coloured. Originally thought purple highlights then went for complete Violet with highlights. Have received so many complements which has given me a new lease in life. Thank you to all the staff for the best haircut and colour. All my family will be going to Carol’s for future haircuts.

One star as none isn't an option. My husband had his hair cut here recently. He popped in the previous week to ask how much for a Senior cut. He was advised $16. Returned the following week, got his hair cut and was charged $22. He then spent an hour at home with scissors trying to fix it. Needless to say he won't be back.

Carol's Cuts and Colours are my favourite salon on the Sunshine Coast. Carol has given my daughter and me beautiful foils and colours, lovely new hairstyles, and even a magnificent up-style hairdo for my daughter's formal, even though she had short hair. And Carol is always very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend her enough. And she has a great team working with her.
