This practice is wonderful. The staff are pleasant, helpful and polite. My care team, including my choice of doctors, psychologist and an amazing physiotherapist, are second to none. It is wonderful to have this team in my local area.

I was seeing the same doctor for over 10 years until I changed to Dr Rositano. He is fantastic. He really listens and is very thorough in finding out what is wrong and with tests etc. I'll never see another. I've also seen the physio who is wonderful and the psychologist Dr Bollard who is the most patient person ever.Reception staff are not fantastic. Some of them are very rude and really not friendly at all. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this

Love this clinic.Dr Rositano is thorough and knows his patients well. Not a number to them. Admittedly not always on time, but Id rather wait for a good doctor than be dismissed by a bad one.And Kerri is an absolute superstar physiotherapist. Life saver, who also genuinely cares.Finally, Nick, my remedial therapist. Dry needling and muscle manipulation extraordinaire. Only at the clinic once a week, but highly recommend.

Worst experience here! receptionist with the real short hair was rude and snappy and failed to book a nurse for my daughters appointment not once BUT twice so procedure she is needing urgently for her to be able to work is once again delayed causing her nothing but stress and unnecessary anxiety and I’m disgusted. We WILL NOT ever return here!

Highly recommend Dr. Salman I’ve seen 10 doctors before her. Told them I’m in pain all the time ect. And nothing most they did was a blood test a said your fine. She toke action straight away and now unfortunately I’m moving back to where the other doctors are located but she gave me all the information I need to help me get it started and questions to ask and found some it’s a start but I’m grateful she didn’t just tell me I’m fine and actually helped.

This practice is a mixed bag. Dr Salman worth requesting: she's lovely, very happy to listen. Had a truly terrible experience with Dr Maynard and will request to never have her again: this practice turns away patients with no masks but Dr Maynard took her mask off immediately in her office and I didn't feel I had the ability to ask her to put it back on. I have a lot more to say about my eventful four minute experience as her patient but Google isn't the place.

Excellent care is provided at my new favourite surgery!Ladies at the front are accomodating and friendly. Both doctors I have seen have been knowledgeable, concise and instructive. Nurses on duty acted very professionally and gently with my wound.All round, fantastic experiences here!

Quite possibly the most arrogant and rude doctors I've ever been too. Dr.Boo hin koo needs to find another profession and so does the other Asian Dr there. DONT USE THIS CLINIC especially if it's for your child. They are completely incompetent.

Dr Rositano is great,he will take the time out and give you quality of care , not just rush you in and out like other practises these days
