After building our first home with orbit, we will never build a home with them again, and it is unlikely that we will want to build another home with any other company.There have been so many issues from them removing a tap from the plans that we paid for, to taking over a year to fix a mortar issue that was picked up on handover.When we moved in, we felt like we moved into commission housing as you could still see all the patch works on the walls from their poor paint job. And we did not have a light fixture on our fan.Thankfully we got a private inspector who was able to identify defects which orbit rectified some of, however we have had ongoing issues with them.The company they hired to paint the mortar (as it was two toned) managed to stain our driveway and get paint over the face of the bricks. They then claimed that they could not fix the paint on the face of the bricks. Yet I have been successful in removing the excess paint myself, go figure.They fixed" the stained driveway and said they wouldn't do any more. Me and my partner have had a great experience so far from our sales agent Ricardo to now being at mid construction with our site / building supervisor Nav.Everything has been done well and always great communication when each stage has been complete with photos.Has made our first building experience a good one.I would definitely recommend Orbit Homes to anyone.

Building next door to us. Their contractors leave a mess onto connecting neighbours property. Block access to houses with trucks etc.. no call back about issues or reply to emails. Very un professional. Council has been notified

Great experience and great service. El has been patient and accommodating throughout and even though I've not bought from them he has remained professional and trusted. Their homes and quality are amazing. My budget not so much. They have been doing their best though to meet my expectations.For now I need to evaluate my options and they were supportive of this decision with no over the top pushy attitude. This is a massive win for them in my book. Whe other builders found things too difficult, Orbit and El said let's see what we can do"Do yourselves a favor and if you have an Orbit home in budget

My CCTV caught an orbit home employee urinating on my garage door. I reached out to orbit homes regarding this and they failed to respond. Not even an apology. If this individual who represents your company in a fluro tshirt with your name emblazoned across the back is happy to urinate on people's houses, imagine the lack of consideration they would have when building your home.

I have done multiple knockdown and rebuild with Orbit Home.Their staff have been very professional , friendly and efficient in their jobs.Their workmanship has been of very high standardYears later whenever I contacted Orbit Homes for maintenance issues, they have always responded kindly and worked diligently with us.I wouldn't go to another builder and recommend Orbit to anyone building their dream home.Always build with Orbit Homes for lifetime of satisfaction.

Brilliant, prompt and individualised service. Orbit deliver on their promises. All personel that I have dealt with thus far including Kate (Customer Service), John (Sales) and Kane (Management) have been exceptional, and from my experience thus far, I would recommend Orbit over any of the other builders that I have liaised with if building a new house.

I left a very dissatisfied review with Orbit internally when our home was complete. Customer service was appalling - promised so much yet we felt completely detached at times with rushed appointments, unknowledgeable staff and poor response times.Moving in, the paint job was poor, plastering in some areas was poor and cleanliness was poor.Some of the cabinetry, while looks good on the outside, was found to be rushed or shortcuts used when put together. Some poor measuring or a CBF attitude would only equate to these results!The final straw was a home gift of a key ring and teapot… after committing years or mortgage repayments for your business, having constant issues with communication from staff and building manager, your gratitude was certainly not noted.Would not recommend ever using orbit to anyone!

Nice sales team and good customer service. Just got my keys handover last week. Fairly good construction and proper inspection arranged, little fixes pointed out, done. The work took too long but completed just days before the scheduled completion date. I have had a good experience with them and hope their support beyond build is also good.

Is this for RealSales member who I think it's Deepak is not interested in even answering a small query about new house that i was interested in building without appointment.Its my first call to orbit homes and I am glad for not choosing them.Orbit homes not sure how your holistic team is but you may need to reconsider your front line sales team attitude.If you choosing them to build you house be prepared to be treated like a garbage unless you pay $470KDisappointing......
