I've been looking at properties to buy for a decently long time and have had my fair share of bad experiences with agents. Being an agency selling new builds I was pretty skeptical at first speaking with them. Jaden was very upfront and extremely diligent in his follow ups (even post settlement). He asked me a ton of questions to really understand what appeals to me as a buyer and even qualified out certain properties that he was confident I wouldn't really like (still showed them to me in case that wasn't true, but he was pretty spot on). Definitely recommend chatting to Jaden if you get the chance to.
