They incorrectly installed the dance floor for my friends event which was not only dangerous, but also looked terrible and so many people tripped and fell, and they didn’t even give a refund. Not to mention my husband had to help their staff lift the floor panels up the stairs? Does my husband get paid too? Idiots with absolutely no idea how to run a business. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Showed up 2.5hours late event was all but over. Brought the wrong products not what was ordered and paid for. No one ever answers the phone when you call. Nothing but disappointment

Great experience with Funtime Party Hire! No hassles, helpful staff and was the highlight of the party for the kids, could not get them out of there!

Everyone I've dealt with on the admin side (so bookings and accounts) were fantastic and super helpful. I booked the day before an event and Raymond and Marylou were great at making sure everything went smoothly.The guys that delivered it and inflated the castle were efficient, safe and flexible. We received our castle an hour before schedule as well which we really appreciated. Would definitely use team again.

I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this place. Customer service is lovely until you have paid, and then they scam you. We ordered and paid for a tabletop gelato freezer and 100 mini cones for our Xmas party. The delivery was late, and what was delivered was not good enough. Rather than 100 mini cones, we were delivered 50, and most of them were broken, melted and simply unsalvageable. We unpacked them as soon as they were delivered, so despite what they might say - they were delivered that way. I called the company several times, only for the call to sit on hold for ages and finally be dropped. I have also emailed many, many times. They have ignored most of my emails, occasionally replying only to say the warehouse manager is pretty sure" he made 100. Absolutely appalling customer service. Dont make the same mistake I did - go somewhere else."

Hired a jumping castle for my sons birthday,After ringing and texting me days prior to confirm and the driver ringing me the morning of the party to also confirm.The driver and jumping castle never showed up, driver called on a private number unable to contact and other numbers were unavailableWhen contacted for refund of bond, no response, can’t get through to phone numbers, or anything.Wouldn’t bother to use them again, they just take your money and don’t return it.

I'm very upset with this company! we had a major public event with hundreds of people, including Old people and Politicians and we paid upfront for chairs and tables and they delivered early and would not cooperate with us.We ended up with no chairs for our event and it was very embarrassing. they would not respond to emails or take our phone calls!Unreliable!- in response to the vendor’s arguments, its just not true. I told you we didn’t have access to the location at that time so why did you send the driver early, simply because it suited you and not me the client. I had someone there at 3:03 pm and your guys had just left.My threat was that I would tell everyone that you are unreliable which is why I have written his review and now that I did, I see i am not the only one who has had a bad experience with you. You simply do not respect the needs of your clients once you have received the payment you do as it suits you.No one waited 90 minutes for us, perhaps up to 60 but that’s because you came too early as I had advised not to. so you think that because you received the money you don’t have to deliver. I am just a client. I begged your driver to wait another few minutes and he just didn’t care because you already had my money. I even offered to guarantee all the chairs and tables in case anyone would take any but that fell on deaf ears.So what am I supposed to do? I can warn others not to trust you and I can complain to my bank that you didn’t deliver and will not return my money which is what any person would do in my situation.You really damaged my event which cost close to $20,000 to organise and because of one angry driver who decided he had enough, my event was hugely impacted.The fact that you have not tried to make things right and only try defend yourself is bad business. you should have said, we are sorry, how can we make things right, we will give you a refund because you didn’t get the service, even though we still have to pay our drivers.You can do better than this and perhaps in the future, people will write nice things about you and not negative things. its in your hands. All I wanted was a decent event and you took that away after all our efforts to put on something nice for the community, you with your impatience and ego chose to ruin our event, so people need to know, that they as paid clients are no longer the priority.

Delivered faulty product with missing piece, promised refund when we complained. After we followed up they then refused to give us refund. Don't leave a review until the party has been completed, because pre-party their customer service is great and post, all I can say is good luck.UPDATE - because their response is full of lies - We could not use the machine because it was FAULTY, the only sugar we used was the sugar and ONE stick to test the fairy floss machine.We had to the tell all the kids waiting for fairy floss at the party that the machine was broken, it was so sad and disappointing.I returned the sugar and sticks to your delivery driver , talk to him if you are looking for them.This company is full of it!!!How many cases do you have with NSW Fair Trading by the way, maybe that's why you don't answer your phone because they are clogged up with complaints.
