Great customer service. I've done an exchange at this location and the staff were helpful in sorting a tiny issue.I've also had to return something that was slightly outside the return period - but the staff member was very helpful and understanding.The online customer service is fantastic.I would consider Oroton on the pricier side of fashion, so good quality service should go hand in hand which I believe this branch does.

Friendly staff who go out of their way to help. The staff here are not pushy and let you take your time.

This is y i love shopping in store rather than online. The personal attention and the relax atmosphere is what u look for while shopping. The SA did not follow me around the shop but was always there when i looked for her. Very friendly, helpful n informative she was. Gave me ideas on the multiple ways of using the purses i liked. Very glad i popped in the store rather than shop online as i would have missed some lovely pieces!

I dealt with two staff members who were very helpful and friendly, the range of products in the store is amazing, I don’t think their was a thing that I didn’t like. Also a plus that it is Australian. The leather is very soft and nice and the card cases are great value and quality. I will definitely come back.

I am a regular visitor of this store. A lady with thick brown glasses and a gentleman were nice and Performed excellently with great sales assistant skill. Two asian ladies i met, however, were very laid back (despite the store was empty) and not interested in suggesting or searching for unavailable items. I did not feel good when they just observed me or chat each other in front of counter. They could simply say hi or welcome at least?? I love Oroton and i wish they can train the sale retailers to have more passion with the brand and collections.

Absolutely disappointing customer service.Went all the way to this store to return a faulty bag I ordered online but the clerk rudely muttered that the glue and dirt marks seems like it can juSt coME off when you rub it (mind you, we paid $400 for a bag that was all covered in glue marks). The clerk also blurt out that he's not the one who sent the bag (we know dude, chill) - basically told us to shut up. Came home and found out that the new bag we picked up also had white marks.Thanks for the overpriced, ridiculous bag quality and terrible customer service experience, 2/10 don't recommend and would never return x

Absolutely wonderful service and product knowledge by Jane. She helped me choose the perfect day bag and was incredibly helpful. Showed me all the multifunctions of the straps and the many ways to wear it. Beautiful quality. All my bags last so well and look brand new. I always have fantastic service at Oroton.
