After recent breast cancer surgery I had a massage at Greenhaus to help with stiffness and painful fluid buildup. Emily was absolutely in tune with what I needed - lymphatic massage with a gentle but deliberate touch and although I felt sore and vulnerable I had complete confidence in her. I felt so much better, so returned a few days later for a facial and localised massage from Tarli. This was luxurious and again perfect for how I felt. An infra red sauna completed my post surgical self care.I previously regarded day spas as a luxury only for holidays, but I will definitely be including more Greenhaus treatments for my recovery both during and after the radiotherapy treatment.

The spa looks really good, and it is very welcoming. I had a facial and Claudia did a great job. My skin was glowing and I felt really relaxed afterwards. The products are top quality. Highly recommended!

I went in for the Greenhaus Ultimate Renewal Package. Terry explained the treatment perfectly. I felt at ease as soon as I walked into the beautifully designed reception area. Started with a back scrub, full body massage, facial (my first ever and adored it) and finished with an ayurvedic head massage. I loved all of the oils & aromatherapy products used. Thank you Terry, I'll definitely be back!

Went with my mum for a facial yesterday and the service was incredible and my skin was gorgeous after. Felt like they really paid attention to my skin type and weren’t going through the motions. Products and massage were great too. I can’t remember who looked after us but thank you!

Booked in for a couple’s treatment that included back scrub, massage, facial and head massage for $900.We arrived late by 20mins so fair enough we were understanding that as a result we would have a shortened treatment as they told us they had back-to-back clients and we happily agreed we would lose out on the back scrub as it was our fault for being late.However, not only did we not receive the full service, we didn’t even received the agreed service (didn’t do head massage) and when asked why, the therapist said we ran out of time. No attempt to make up or apologize for it and there certainly was no-follow up clients as we sat by the reception having our refreshments and watched as the staff left likely leaving for their lunch break.We paid $900 for not even a 2hr massage, the most expensive day spa experience we’ve paid for and it was extremely sub-par with their service & products. Can say it is definitely the worst $900 we’ve ever spent and am thoroughly disappointed although the studio is quite beautiful and aesthetic. Such a shameEdit: In response to the owner’s comment.If it was 40mins that we were late then it is understandable that we did not receive full treatment, I would not expect such. However, it was agreed at the time that we would not have time for the body scrub only and such was my expectation.Initial review was 1* Have amended the stars to reflect on the basis we were running possibly 40mins late however left feeling disappointed with the experience.

I have been working in the massage industry for many years and I usually go to new places with low expectations so I'm not disappointed. I was gifted a full body massage with Maisy today and was so pleased with her skill. I felt instantly relaxed. The massage was blissful whilst still reducing tension in my shoulders and back. Thank you. I know where I will be rebooking for my next spa relaxation treatment.
