Tonight my husband had an appointment with Fiona, I had suggested he go to this place. Two comments on Google wrote that this lady was doing well and we decided to go to this place with her. But another lady wanted to do work with us, she said Fiona is busy with another client, We were shocked and we said we have an appointment with Fiona at this time! They had no answer, they just said to us you could do it with other person. We were very upset and got out. They didn't even apologize, and Fiona didn't even attentions to us and didn't apologise ! I do not advise anyone to go to this place.❌

My sister and I always do our tax return with Summer for 3 years now. Summer is very helpful, professional and guides you through all the things you need. Also, very approachable and welcoming. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been coming to H&R Block Werribee for years and I cannot speak highly enough for this particular outlet, especially Fiona! She’s the best and I thoroughly enjoy our conversations. Tax returns was always seamless with her.

Very bad experience so far. I have submitted tax return documents and details more than a week ago and I am not getting any response on call and emails from the tax accountant here on when my tax return would be submitted. I will recommend everyone not to use this service.I am happy to remove this review if my tax return is processed by tomorrow. Otherwise I will move to someone else to assist me in my tax return.

Save yourself the headache and waste of time. Go anywhere but H&R Block. They are extremely unorganized and unhelpful.Very unprofessional and bad customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Won’t be coming here again. First time going to a tax agent and will most likely be my last with this place.Lady didn’t know what she was doing, kept having to leave the room to ask her fellow co-workers what to do - despite them ALL being in meetings themselves with clients and clearly frustrated with her coming into the office at least 6-7 times with silly questions that I’m assuming she she know given that it was her job.As I mentioned, it was my first time going to a tax agent, as she knew that because I had to fill out a form, she didn’t explain what she was doing, why she was doing it or why my tax return decreased by A LOT.She noticed that there was a lodgement missing for a certain and asked me if I wanted to do it. This took a good hour as she was suppose to lodge this one first and to roll it over to the following year (only reason I know this is because every other single person who came in to help her told her the exact same thing and all she said was “oh,,” I get she was embarrassed but it’s your job to know these things!!!) I was aware of the payment of one session, happy to pay for it BUT was not aware that x2 is was going to be charged the same price for doing a second year. Didn’t state it on the website and she didn’t advise me until she was filling out the information. I then proceeded to ask her if I could just make another appointment to do the previous year as I thought it was a bit pricy and I would of been happy to do what one at home. She just said she would continue to do it and then charged me $200+ for the session. (Took a good 10 minutes because she kept miscalculating it.)For something that was suppose to only be 30 minutes, I was there for 1h and 30mins as her co workers and managers came in during our session because she did not know what she was doing, couldn’t explain my tax to me and her co workers had to fill me in on things because she forgot to print out things, forgot to mention things to me and didn’t know how to fill out the documents properly. She didn’t tell me what I was signing, why I was signing and then didn’t even tell me that there could be a possibility of getting less than what she estimated.I left annoyed and confused as I didn’t understand anything that had happened and still didn’t understand how my tax worked. Given that I have to now pay such a huge fee, I would at least like to get an understanding as to how tax worked, why she was doing certain things and for her to explain everything that was happening throughout the process. I was given a stapled folder of everything and didn’t know what I was readying or why I was provided with it. IShe didn’t even know what I was talking about when I mentioned the tax bonus, I had to explain to her and then asked how it worked and why it was happening. All she said that it was already included in the final figure down the bottom of the page. She wouldn’t of mentioned it if I hadn’t brought it up.I logged onto the ATO today to see if everything was lodged and nothing was. I called them and they said that it won’t be processed for a few more weeks. I hope this is the case and not that she didn’t actually press lodgement. - again, excuse my ignorance but this would be one of those things I would of liked to be informed of so it saves me a phone call and embarrassing myself by asking why it still hasn’t been lodged.Upset with your services is an understatement. Will never come back. Do not recommend.The only good thing about this place was the receptionist who was very kind upon arrival.
