Vip salon Tim and Barbara,The salon is net and tidy with a class of European Barbara amazing hairdresser she has a art for style and colouring ur hair will feel like silk there product will not leave your hair dal or dry its a place i give thumbs up.Tim makes a lovely expresso coffee give this salon a go you want look back

Trying to book an appointment at this place with a groupon is a nightmare. The guy talking on the phone with a strong Italian accent always tells you he will get back to you, but never does, and he is exceptionally rude. A while back, I called using the number listed on groupon and the italian guy told me he could book me in on Thursday but needed to check, and he would get back to me, and he never did. I called again wondering if I still had an appointment on Thursday, they didn't know what I was talking about. I then used their bookwell system but received a call from the Italian guy saying that I wouldn't be able to use my groupon on that day and so he cancelled that booking, he didn't give me a time and day for another booking, he just said goodbye. After multiple calls, the old italian guy calls me again to rant about me not showing up to the appointment he cancelled - saying he waited for me to show up and I never did - of course I didn't, I even recieved an email saying my booking was cancelled. Once again, he did not try to book me another appointment. This place is a disorganised mess with people blaming the customers for their own faults.

Very expensive $130 for wash, cut, blow dry and straighten. But it looked great.And lovely people.

I had a bad experience here.The cost of the colouring was roughly $60 higher then it should have been, when I queried the charge I was told they used 3 colours in my hair but it was just brown.I then asked if they had a price list as I wanted to go over the charges he said they did not have a price list, but the pricing is online via Bookwell. The prices they have listed online are much much lower then what they charge when you pay at the end of your service.Be weary of this and organise payment upfront.

they love what they do and they're good at it, may have been one of the more expensive haircuts (not by that much) i've had however it was definitely the best. also one of the best conversations =)

I have been a customer of Salon VIP for over 20 years! Barbara knows her customers hair and prides herself on cutting and styling hair to best suit her customer’s hair and lifestyle. She is an excellent colorist - I have received many compliments over the years thanks to her work.

I went to Salon VIP for the first time a week ago to get a half head of highlights. The highlights are really amazing and Barbara really listened to what I wanted and let me know what I could realistically achieve. I’ll definitely be making a return visit
