B Active is fun to be part of and delivers on both results and engagement. Belinda (trainer) is knowlagable and can help anyone achieve their goals, while taking into account any weaknesses (like my bum knee), to make sure you are training within your capability while still pushing you to improve. It's a joy to be part of this group and I'll be here for a long time.

Belinda is honestly one of the best Personal Trainers that i have used in such a long time.She is very flexible and accommodates to those that need assistance in regression in particular exercises.Since starting with Belinda, she has helped transform myself into being a better me.Highly Recommend Belinda's Expertise to anyone.

I never thought that a boxing class could be fun, but Belinda ensures that we have a great time while pushing us to our limits! She is a pro at making subtle modifications to routines to suit any individual needs (in my case a dodgy back).

Fantastic flexible trainer that really understands her client's needs. So welcoming and nurturing. Each session is different from the last which makes training challenging and exciting. She adapts for different fitness levels or to cater for any injuries. I love my sessions with Belinda.

Belinda is a fantastic trainer!!! group fitness or 1 on 1... She is amazing on technique and works you to the best of your ability. We always have the best time and I always come away feeling great after a work out. She has helped me gain strength and fitness and cannot recommend B Active Fitness enough!!!

Belinda is a passionate trainer and is great at working to your individual goals. The small group classes are so much fun while getting a great sweat on. Belinda was great at working around my injury from soccer too last year. Highly recommed!
