When you lodge your tax return with this firm they don’t advise you to submit Medicare Entitlement statement with tax return. They gives you excuse that only 3/100 people been asked by Ato to submit this statement after tax return. Medicare Entitlement Statement is a document for Temporary/ Student who are living in Australia which are not liable to get benefit of Medicare so they are not liable to pay 2% medicare levy every year. You can get this statement from Medicare department. Now, I was the person(3/100) whom Ato asked to submit this statement and they said it’s not our fault , they told me its Ato fault. Therfore they don’t believe to advise their client to submit this statement while tax return as only 3/100 people been asked for this document. Now what if 3/100 is you? I wasted my 3 months just to get this document.They don’t care how much difficulty you faced during time period of to get this document from Medicare and after that if your tax return is more than 2 years old and if you changed your account meanwhile then none of accountant( current/previous) will amend your tax retun free of charge even though its not your fault. So you have to send your Medicare entitled statement and objection form to Ato Albury office through post. Which will waste your another 50 days.Now overall you waste your 4 and half months and Signage accountant don’t believe they should advise their clients to get this document while lodging tax return.I am writing this review for those temporary residents/ students of this country who is willing to lodge their Tax return through this firm. I hope you fellow don’t waste your time.I am giving you 2 ⭐️ because after 4 calls and one email you called back. Otherwise 100% I would have given you 1 ⭐️.

Great accountants. I have been using them for over 5 years. Always prompt to respond with any requests. They always give genuine and professional advice.

This is the worst accounting firm I have had to deal with. It seems like that people who are putting reviews for 5 stars are family and friends.This is the most unresponsive firm I have dealt with. I tried to get my BASs prepared and they keep telling me they are busy. Now my BAS's are late.Maulik and his receptionist are rude and shift blame back to the client instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence. This firm should be reviewed by the tax practitioners board and also there should be some sort of quality control review on them.

My experience with Signage Accountants Pty Ltd has been nothing short of excellent in every way. Scheduling of aides has been seamless, and the aides that were sent have been competent and caring.

I had been to this place after changing 3 accounting firms in 2 years. I am really satisfied with the service I have recieved. Accountants are knowledgeable and their attention to the details is impeccable. The good thing is that their fees are economical. I highly recommend this place .

Very Unprofessional behaviorDon’t go here at first place, I done my tax return of year 2019 and 2020, which they asked me to sign digitally so I don’t have any document and when I asked for same. They are not replying.Do NOT recommend as they are not willing to provide any service afterwards/documents.My account was handled by Deval Shah.I sent an email, no replyI sent whatsapp, she asked me to download from ATO, and stopped answering.and, This is my real name, check your records.Update: After this review, I got 2020 files but still not words for 2019.
